How do I make a reservation? Do I need one?
Reservations are strongly recommended, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated on a first-come first-served basis. If you choose to walk in or come early to your reservation, you may be asked to wait outside of our patio until your table is ready. At this time, we cannot seat any table until the entire party has arrived. Due to limited seating and current sanitation guidelines, all table seatings will be limited to a two hour maximum.
How many people can I bring?
At this time we will be taking parties up to 6 people.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Not at this time.
Can I bring my pets? Will dog bowls be provided?
Our patio is dog friendly! Please keep all animals on a short leash. Please refrain from letting other guests greet your animal to maintain distancing. Dog bowls will not be provided at this time, but we will happily fill your personal bowl!
Is Shangri-La kid friendly?
Yes! We can't wait to see your little ones. All guests, including children must remain seated at all times.
Is the bar open? Is there a happy hour?
Our bar is open! All drinks will need to be ordered from your server and accompanied with food. Current guidelines do not allow bar seating or ordering from the bar. All guests must sit at an assigned table. Due to these regulations, happy Hour is not available at this time.
Can I dine inside? Is the private room open?
Indoor dining will be available whenever it is permissible under state and local regulations, but this is a situation that is liable to change week-to-week or even day-to-day. We thank you for your flexibility and understanding in this regard.
Can I walk around outside? Is Bocce/Cornhole available?
We are asking all guests to remain seated and follow social distancing. All games are not allowed at this time.
Is there shade on the patio?
A majority of our tables have umbrellas. Here at Shangri-la, we find our signature cocktails and slusheez to be very cooling as well.
Are boosters/high chairs available?
Yes, please allow time for sanitation between each use.
Has the menu changed? Will there be brunch?
We are serving a limited menu at this time. Brunch will be coming soon. Please check our website for updates.
Can I bring my own dessert or wine?
At this time we are not allowing outside food, including desserts. Wine is welcome with a $15 corkage fee. If you feel more comfortable opening your own bottle of wine you are welcome to do so, or your server will be happy to.
Can I order to-go or take-out? Can I order cocktails to-go?
We are currently creating a to-go ordering process online and will announce when it's launched. To-go drinks are permitted with to-go food orders and are currently available to be ordered on-site.
Are you open? What are your hours?
Yes! We have officially reopened the restaurant. In light of the current situation, we are updating our hours on a week-by-week basis. We hope to get back to full steam as quickly as possible, but ensuring the health and safety of our guests and staff is our first priority. Click HERE to see our current hours.
