Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a reservation? Do I need one?
Reservations are strongly recommended, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated on a first-come first-served basis. If you choose to walk in or come early to your reservation, you may be asked to wait outside of our patio until your table is ready. To manage reservations and walk-in requests, all table seatings will be limited to a two hour maximum.
How many people can I bring?
At this time we will be taking parties up to 6 people. If you would like to make a larger reservation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I bring my pets? Will dog bowls be provided?
Our patio is dog friendly! Please keep all animals on a short leash to avoid tripping and keep our staff and guests safe. We are happy to provide a dog bowl for your use.
Is Shangri-La kid friendly?
Yes! We can't wait to see your little ones. We kindly ask that kids remain at or by their table at all times. For the safety of our staff and guests as well as insurance liability purposes, we cannot allow children to run on the patio or bocce courts. Thank you for understanding!
Is Bocce available?
Bocce courts will be reopening soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Is there shade on the patio?
A majority of our outdoor tables have umbrellas and we have a cooling mister system for your comfort. Our indoor dining room is air conditioned for those super hot days. Here at Shangri-la, we find our signature cocktails and slusheez to be very cooling as well.
Are boosters/high chairs available?
Has the menu changed? Will there be brunch?
We update our menu seasonally. Brunch will be returning as soon as we are able to be fully staffed. Please check our website for updates.
Can I bring my own wine or celebration cake?
Outside wine is welcome with a $15 corkage fee. If you choose to bring in a special cake or cupcakes, we will happily store, plate, and serve your cake/cupcakse for a $2.50/diner fee.
